Milk run booked.

Postby Splitpin » Thu Mar 09, 2017 7:16 pm

Well ... right or wrong, I just did it:ph43r:

On April 5th, I'm flying CHC to Dunedin ... Coffee, and then on to AKL ... another Coffee, down to New Plymouth, on to Wellington, and home to CHC.
Just need to clear my head, and flying is the only way.

Charl ... I just couldn't resist, time in the air to clear the head.
I'm going to have to work hard for a few weeks to cover it ... but what the hell.

Doug, your right ... I did look at flights up for the show, but so expensive, and driving up for the day was just too long, if the main road is closed.

Re the flying day, I just realized I didn't take out insurance on the flights ... in the case of cancellations etc.
Called the ANZ 0800 number, and had a chat to a delightful young lady, who fixed it up in a flash.(and $60.00)

Might take a change of underwear and my toothbrush ... just in case

What a crazy self-indulgence this is .... but what the heck.

Hey, one man's self-indulgence is another's necessary health incentive... Sounds like fun, just enjoy it!
