Massive Chicken Casserole!....

...!

Roast Chicken pieces.
Potatoes.
Carrots.
Parsnip.
Leeks.
Garlic.
Onions.
Mushrooms.
Sprouts.
Chopped Cabbage.
Tomatoes.
Chopped Tomato + Herbs.
Pearl Barley.
Red Lentils.
Butter Beans.
Chicken + Veg + Oxo Cubes.
Bisto.
Dumplings!

...and anything else I can think of!

A small glass of Sweet Sherry to go with it... :cheers:

...and an afternoon snooze!.... :sleepy:

...!

What could be nicer on a Tuesday.....(or any other day!)...

The thing I like about Stews and Casseroles, is that you can go crazy; with mountains of stuff; Meats, Vegetables, Stock, Herbs and Spices....

...everything which is good for you, and keeps you healthy.....(and fit?)....

...just ask your dear old Mum, when she used to cook for you and Dad!

My Mum's (1905- 1990) Meals/Dinners encouraged me to cook amazing stuff!

...and I LOVE doing it every day...(cooking)... :wink2:
