Having a play around with the scenery. Haven't even touched models yet, only using the photo-real scenery and cultivation.

Wow! All these AFS2 pics being posted of late are beginning to make me wonder whether my massive investment (in time and money) in P3D has been worthwhile! Just as well there's no more room left on my HD for [yet] another sim!!!

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

Looking great!
Yes, I do think that FS2 has a long way to go, but visually it is stunning. Arno has now added the ability to export objects directly to FS2 using MCX, which suits me a lot more than the current SDK, in that I already know the tools...
My 'test' area is similar to this one, as I'm currently working on NZCH for Prepar3d/FSX, and I need to figure out how to get it into other sims like FS2. I'll post some screenshots of the current state of play.

Nothing beats a good photoreal...
That looks excellent!

Too right! We all know the situation ... a larger HD needs a new motherboard, which then needs faster RAM, but then the CPU is the bottleneck. Sort that out and you'll need a decent GPU to throw at it, and a nice new case with water-cooling for the new PSU you also need ... then my measly 1920*1200 monitor displays hi-res porridge ...

Just a tiny upgrade, eh?
