RealNZ Nelson - strange behaviour of objects on airport

I have recently installed RealNZ Nelson into Prepar3D v4.4. I already had Orbx NZSI installed. When I start with a flight at a Gate on NZNS - most times some of the buildings are missing and then as I taxi towards the runway towards other buildings at a certain point they too will vanish.. not all just some. I have included two screenshots - the first is when I first start the scenario, the second is the point in taxiing where other buildings disappear.

The highest three entries in my scenery.cfg are RealNZnelson_Aerial, then below that RealNZnelson, then VLC_libraries. All FTX entries are below these 3. I have set the insertion point in FTX Central to be below VLC Libraries.
I thought I had followed all the instructions in the user guide correctly but am now assuming I made an error somewhere along the line. Some assistance appreciated.

This is a bug in 4.4, fixed in 4.5, so you should really update.

Thanks... I'm glad its easy to solve... I'll upgrade... been needing some motive to do so. :D
