It is surprising that the Optica has not "taken off" sales wise but that factory fire would not have helped.
I was looking for a four seat Piper Cub variant for a little project and then I found this.
It is hard to find good FSX freeware aircraft and I get really jealous with the new payware X Plane, AFS and P3D aircraft.
Hopefully Microsoft will come up with the goods later this year and kick ass and I can still use FS Earth in the new sim as my internet is limited.
