What's a Dash 8 ceiling??

Nice shot Charl Re the Dash 8 ceiling, I'm not sure without checking ...but the new height of Everest (according to china) is 29,032 ft. Nepal, however, claims its four metres or so higher.
I think the old Hercs could get up to around 30,000, so maybe a Dash could ....maybe.

Anyway ...what a view, thank you Sir.

Thank you gents, the Dash 8 400 ceiling appears to be 27,006 ft 6 inches.
This is a few feet short of 29,032 thank you for the update.

Hence for fear of a repeat of Erebus, I chose a better aircraft and did it again.
This time the champagne flowed on both sides of the aisle, as everyone got a look at what they thought was the tallest bit on earth:



It's less exclusive these days, than in the era of Sir Ed who "knocked the bastard off."

Actually the Aerofly sky rendering ain't too bad, if you compare!
