Aharon You have a way of making replies a little complicated... but that's good.

The answer, however, is simple (for these shots anyway) I used AFS2 with some of the available addons, I adjusted the weather and time of day to suit me and I pressed the F12 Key.
Then I uploaded them to Imgur and posted them here. You are now in possession of all my secrets my friend don't tell anybody.
