Brings back memories of being in the German Blitz of my city of London, (where I was born), in 1940 which caused my Mum, Dad, and me, to evacuate to the rural green fields and livestock of the beautiful County of Herefordsire, some 100 miles Westwards!
I still remember rushing to the Air Raid Shelter in our back garden every time the Air Raid Sirens went off to warn us that the Dreaded Hun was on their way!

Lots of memories of my far distant past!.... ....!

As you may know, the Spitfire is no longer Diverse enough, and from tomorrow can only be referred to as the Dribblesmoke so as not to cause offense in certain quarters.
