Very nice, Adam, thanks for that!
What are your AI settings? I Your airfield is certainly busy, it's been a long time since I saw anything parked up at Taieri, apart from the statics. I'm not sure why. Yours looks the way I wanted it to look. Although you even have a plane on the heli trolley:) I did reduce the size of this parking space so this didn't happen too often, but there's always something which is skinny enough to fit...

Hi Rob,

It's a slightly complicated *cheat/kludge*.

I use [the amazing] Addons Linker and have set up multiple presets that are region-specific and/or civil/military. I can then have fairly high ground/static aircraft settings, popluating your chosen airport with approximately relevant models.

I don't bother with AI (live or offline) as it's dreadful - and too buggy by half. A fair proportion of CTDs (IMHO) are due to clashes between the user aircraft and nearby AI models.

As you say, though, even with doing all that you still get quite a few bizarre scenarios - usually due to default Asobo models that are beyonf Community folder (and Linker) control.

Very nice Adam. Certainly brings back memories. I did a good portion of my 900 or so hours in gliding from Taieri. Robin’s scenery is superb. Apart from a few new buildings, it’s the same as it was in the 80’s and the same as it is today. The inside of the “NAC” hanger hasn’t changed one bit. I live not very far from the airport.

Funny, the thing On 2 of the Interflug seems familiar to me. That is GDR.

Those screenshots look very realistic. It is getting harder and harder to distinguish Simulation from reality. Flight simming has sure come a long way.
