Possible Multiplayer - Sun 23 Apr 2002 - MSFS

*IF* I remember (!) the I plane to fly Queenstown to Rob's Taieri to Lake Takapo tomorrow evening 7pm

Same as before: SE Asia sever, using Long White Cloud discord channel. I'll be in the Simworks RV-14 which does around 140kts. Using real weather provided by Rex, in my case. Probably set the time to around mid-day to avoid flying into dusk.

Here's the link to the MSFS plan - it only has the airports (-ish) as waypoints, but the intent is to fly down the lakes until the hills are lower and then climb over and cruise 'down' to Taieri.

If I'm there, I'll see you there. If I'm not there by 19:10 then assume I've forgotten and do your own thing! :)

Good flight last night (Sunday 24 April) with Jeff and Robin. Still had trouble with my landings, as usual.

Here's a screenshot on the Oamaru to Tekapo stage.
Really impressed with my new PC, and as can be seen in this photo, the clarity is awesome. This is on ULTRA, and the RTX 3060 GPU is fully utilized doing 52 FPS.

I'm also using the MUGZ NAMEPLATE mod, so that other aircraft info doesn't take up so much real estate on the screen now. And, yes, it does normally show the plane type and altitude.

Yes, beautiful flight, Dave is too nice to mention that while using the drone to take screenshots on the final leg my Staggerwing overstressed and that was the end for me:)

Good flight gents, cheers.
I'm thinking a flight around the Coromandel might be nice one day.
