Are there any updates on this.
Also, do you need any help? i can do 3d modelling, and have access air side at Ardmore too.

Cheers,
James.

NZAR is my "go to" airport for MSFS - and I'm gutted to hear it isn't going to make it for the NZ World Update. I'd love to hear if there's any progress.

Definitely progressing.

I understand it'll be ready shortly after WU12.

Hi fellow pilots,

Ardmore is finally completed. You can get it at FLIGHTSIM.TO - Link below.
Lucasz Swain has kindly offered to do the ground texturing and host it on his account at Flightsim.To.
This project has been a massive undertaking, many, many hours. I would also like to give a big thanks to Robin Corn for all his help, for when I ran into trouble thinking that this project would not be completed due computer and sofware issues. Thank you Robin. For this reason if you feel like it is worth a donation it would be very much appreciated. Thank you all for your patience and understanding. Now enjoy.

Regards,
Ron.

Absolutely superb    . New home base for me too. I worked at NZAR for a while and every building I went to is faithfully represented here, - amazingly accurate, clearly a labour of love. Just did a little flight around the local area, - Clevedon, Duder, Maraetai, Whitford, - all looking stunning with the new World Update and this new NZAR is the icing on the cake.

One of the things that made it such an interesting workplace was coming across cool aircraft all the time, - Harvard, P40, Spitfire, Catalina, NZ Air Force DC3, Strikemaster, L-39, DH2 Beaver, BN Islander, even the old Bristol Freighter, though that's now in Bristol, England, I think, not to mention the various types of helicopters. Don't want to sound ungrateful, but it would add even more character to the place if a way could be found to incorporate one or two of these as static aircraft.

Very well done, is there any way to donate something for your efforts Ron?
Do the donations on flightsim.to that go to Lucas help you as well? .
I am currently doing a PPL at Ardmore so finally it looks good.

Cheers,
'James.

Likewise, I sent a donation through to Lukas but if that doesn't go to Ron as well I'd be very happy to donate a bit more, the work that has gone into this is exceptional.

This superb contribution deserves some appreciation ... so it'll be featured in the April banner!

The banner will be linked to this thread, but the download link is:
