Archive stuff

Postby Splitpin » Sat Mar 04, 2023 5:11 pm

I've been sitting at home for the last 6 days with a fractured bone in my ankle (pissed off and grumpy), so I've taken the time to clean out more old stuff..... I may have posted some before....just one for now.

Remember when I got in trouble with this and similar other ones..... I still think somebody stitched me up, no way a company that size would be looking at our forum.....I guess I'll find out.

That's a brilliant shot, Marty. :groupwave:

Seeing your 'SP' on the tail reminded me of this one - the F7F from the Shupe team, a favourite rumbly rocket in my FSX. That it came with my initials on the tail was just a bonus

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

MW ...well done you bad kitty :)
Charl, I went through a phase (which I thought was a good idea) of photoshopping one of my screenshot aircraft over a Google Earth image I had downloaded. A bit of a process getting the sim lighting to match the GE ...anyway, a now long-gone(nasty bit of work) member contacted me ...blah blah...not long after I was contacted by lawyers and presented with a"cease and desist" document regarding copyright issues, still not sure if it was real. I recall a couple of senior forum members advising me to move the posts... which I did.

Certainly was, JK, longer than I like to remember. Everything about that model said 'top quality', including your work.
