Harvard ZK-WAR

I started painting the last kiwi Harvard, NZ1092 / ZK-WAR, these are wip shots

but I ran into a problem:

it seems the flaps on the left wing are mirrored with part of the rest of the wing. So what to do? I can leave the entire lower wing white, or I can try and find the mirrored part, and try to work around it, but still leave a bit orange below the wings. Any suggestions as to want you want to see?

Yes it's a tricky one:

There must certainly be orange under the wing, like the starboard wing in your repaint, it's very distinctive.
What a pain...

Also... the wing RNZAF goes starboard on top, reverse on bottom.
I believe the Kiwi is correctly represented (despite not pointing into the wind!)

here we have the problem: the bottom flap texture is copied from the front of the wing. So it is impossible to do anything resembling the real aircraft with the underside of the left wing (the rightwing, oddly enough, does not have this problem). I can leave the underside white for now?
I will send a message to Microsoft to see if they can correct this issue, but they are usually not very inclined to do updates...

OK thanks for looking... one can live with white undersides (as much as the Harvard prop spinner) I guess!
If you do send MS a message, could you add in: "How to make airshow smoke?"
The cfg is locked which I guess works for the Xboxers.

I just uploaded ZK-WAR (https://flightsim.to/file/60079/north-a ... 092-zk-war)

with this solution for the underside of the wing:

Give it a try and let me know what you think?

Well we can always fudge the screenshots :D
Astonishing that Asobo would come up with such a mapping scheme.
Many thanks for looking at this, JK!
