I believe both aircraft are from 101 Tayeset...hope that's right, of the 1st Fighter Group.
I think that the ultimate Mirage III was the Kfir...with the canard foreplanes and J79 engine,it looked great.

Mirage 5 technically; remember Israel came under French sanctions in the late '60's and so stole the Mirage blueprints and made the Kfir by dropping in a Phantom motor!

It is not Kfir. It is Mirage 111C. Kfir had double deltas. Mirage 111C never had double deltas and Mirage 111 had fatter nose than Kfirs which had narrow nose.

You are correct that Israel produced Kfirs based on stolen blueprints of Mirage V after France refused to deliver 50 Mirage Vs in 1968 that Israel paid in advance and never got refund therefore Israel reserved the right to steal blueprints.

Not quite. There was a refund, but they decided to take the blueprints anyway.
