This is the older Alabeo Poper Tomahawk (actually had an 'Introductory' flight in one at the Canterbury Air Club....not quite built for someone 6'5" tall!!), flying out of NZCH. It holds up well considering I havent altered any files to make it work in XP12. This is the latest XP12.01b5. I have lost a few FPS in the latest update but thats being fixed by Laminar developers.

I tried the free demo download yesterday and again this morning, but it failed.
Ill spend the $115nzd , and get the whole thing....hopefully show you some screens soon.
Nice shots btw  I have about .5hrs logged in ZK-EYE many years ago now, and yes, it was cramped.

Let me know how it goes. They have just released Beta6 and it fixes a couple of problems and has re-instated 'Zinc' for the AMD cards and nVidia cards. I get a decent fps boost with it on and I have an nVidia card. Its still beta so some things will still break but its getting better with the updates. Considering what it was like at XP12.0 to where we are now is a massive leap forward! Check out DazaXIII on the org forum or on YouTube, he's done an update to NZ scenery including updating a lot of the Airports (and some fantasy ones). He's English and has a great sense of humour...especially in his vids!

Got it installed yet? :) I have been playing with an app from the Steam store called Lossless Scaling. Cost about NZ$10 but you install it and it increases your frame rate. First heard about it from the MSFS crowd. It doubled my FPS by almost 50%!!! You tube search and see what you think!

Taking an old bird out fore a spin.....XP11 version in XP-12.1.07b. Also used an app (from Steam Store), called Lossless Scaling. When enabled it my frame was doubled!

I've been playing with Lossless Scaling too. Good app but unfortunately, I also use Beyond ATC or Say Intentions which require that window to be in focus to use. If I'm doing my RAF simming then it's a great tool.

Jeeze L.S. is really getting some traction in the socials etc, seemed to pop up everywhere last few days, I bought a copy yesterday and had a play under P3D, had OOM issues which put an end to it but think that was just my setup/config and the airport chosen for the test and my mediocre 2060 GPU rather than the fault of L.S. .. maybe we should spawn a new thread for it? be interesting to see how its going for others

Indeed! Id never even heard of it let lone what it was for then it pops up everywhere! First saw it being used with MSFS2020 and there was mention of it being used in XP, quick yt search and the next thing I know Ive bought the app! I did have a play with the different scaling types available and found one that seemed to work quite nicely. Agreed, a new thread to see if others have tried it.
