For the disbelievers.
Spray gear. Most think this is just to jettison fuel, but in fact it is a multi function nozzle that also ejects chemical spray from a tank in the adjacent flap "canoe" fairings. It functions automatically by way of the NGS (Noxious Gas System).
The control switch for this system, as well as two other very important switches, is located on this sub panel.
I hope this clears up any misconceptions
