Paul.... :) Great shots, and I love that Cessna.
That scenery is just amazing, you present it well ....the look down shot is a cracker.

Naki, is this the same as the RNZAF operated years ago...42 Squadron ?
I remember being duty NCO at Wigram one evening, and being called buy some officer(more than likely under the weather) to go to air movements and relay the weather to an inbound Cessna.
No digital stuff back then, it was all radio. Still don't no how I did it, but I did.
The aircraft was flying the AOC (Air officer Commanding) support group at that time.... I was also his driver(Air Commodore Thompson)
Anyway they arrived safely.... Orderly officer never showed up... just me and the Boss....RIP Sir, you were a pleasure to work with.

SP ..interesting story...very similar aircraft but with different powerplants...the 421C was with the RNZAF and it had more powerful geared 375hp engines...this is a 414 with some tweaks including winglets. There has only been one or two 414s in NZ.. 421 was more popular here and I belive there is at least one still flying in NZ. Both aircraft are pressurized.
