Wow, looks great!

Thanks for posting the very areas I spend a lot time in in FS.

Pretty close to the real thing with the shot from the top of Mount

Looking good Rob. Can I ask about your installation of MS2024? Did you install on a drive other than C Drive and, if so, did you get the Community Folder installed on that drive as well or is it still in C Drive?

Thanks

I actually installed to the default location, which I don't normally do. I understand that even if you install elsewhere, the community folder will still be on C:, not sure about that, though. I may leave the sim on C: (it's not big), and use symlink to locate the Community folder elsewhere. If I feel brave enough, I'll move the whole thing to my hard drive.

Ok thanks Rob. I got a great big M.2 (whatever) drive to house MS2020 and MS2024 - looks like that might not be so necessary now….

Now I'm not waiting in the queue, maybe because the rest of the world is asleep...
I do like the way my NZCH looks in 2024, and it even has jetways, they just don't seem to work with AI. The AirNZ paints are default! However a couple of aircraft are a bit lost, over by the aeroclub.

Thanks for posting all these pics!!

Big question though ... are all these MSFS default or with payware sceneries (NZA etc.)?

The NZCH and NZPP (Kapiti Coast) shots are my own scenery, neither finished yet. Everything else is default -- although Milford is definitely custom, it just comes with the sim like that.
The Taranaki shot with the hay bale is default. Today I might see if I can find an animal anywhere.... The ambient sounds of birds are amazing, but I don't think it has real birds.

Visuals aside, which admittedly look good and likely in excess of what my ageing PC can handle ... flight physics?

I'm not the best person to ask about that, all I can say is that my flight this morning felt so much more realistic than any other sim, mainly because of the way the aircraft moved.
