I finally managed to add something to the community folder...when I found it.....who knew Appdata was a hidden file in the whole User/your name etc file bloody thing.
Tomorrow morning(too tired tonight) Ill delve into the Quantum level, procedure for adding a 2Mb livery......I know I said I was over the grumpy stuff...I meant , almost.
