NZ Harvards - MSFS2024 liveries x 8

I've managed to re-work some of the old 2020 liveries to work for the Asobo T-6 in MSFS 2024. Five of them are kcgb originals - with kind permission to redistribute.

The Asobo T-6 is nowhere near as good as the old A2A version, but it's still an attractive aircraft (even if you can't open the canopy!).

The remaining three are by Jankees ... (see your PM, JK!).

Well done - I am wondering if Randal Snow's Asobo T-6 Improvement Mod would open the canopy for you, amongst other things?

Nice...must dust off the Harvard and add some repaints and try the mod ...reminds me i must also try the Mustang mod

Nice try, Charl ... I've tried running it with the mod and it doesn't appear to enable the canopy. The weird thing is, you get a clickspot ... but nothing happens. Asobo, in all their wisdom, removed the default keybind for open/close canopy .. DUH.

UPDATE:
It appears it *can* be done, BUT ... you need to:

1) Use Axis and Ohs to map a button to TOGGLE_AIRCRAFT_EXIT (which doesn't appear in the MSFS 2024 controls menu).
2) Disable crash detection - or your aircraft will disintegrate as soon as the canopy is fully open when airborne.

Nonono... RIGHT click the canopy handle to unlock. LEFT click and drag it to open.

And there are toggle switches and buttons bottom right to select spinner, pilot etc

It's a great mod, isn't it? The pilot toggle doesn't work in 2024, but then that's a common Asobo problem [sigh] ...
