The DC-6... I love flying it. It is an excellent replica in the MSFS 2020. I'm not really a fan of PMDG products, but the DC-6 is different. It is beginner friendly for such a complex original and has plausible, believable handling. Its looks are also something that can't be praised enough.

All superb shots SP. The RNZAF and MATS ones get my vote.

On our travels earlier in the year, we stopped in at the SAA Museum at Rand Airport.
They have this one there and it is splendidly shiny.

The PMDG Model does it justice.

Apologies for the delay, and thank you for looking....sometimes real life interferes with my sim time...I'll work on that.
I really love the late in between DC's (4, 6 & 7.) The 5 was just odd.

Interesting window treatment - is it a 4 or a 6 ?

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

Oh! I had thought of it as a 6.
But it is indeed a DC-4
