No I love them both equally, I just remember Natas wanting to be a personal Helo pilot for the boss! It would be good tho if everyone is catered for.
Yes I think you are right. Like the Allblacks-they lost against Sth Africa but we beat Aussie. Note how when they lose it is 'they'. When they win it is 'us' or 'we'!
Remember a few weeks back when we were talking about VANZ in that other thread and someone suggested starting a new Virtual Air NZ from scratch, well it looks like someone has 'picked up the ball'. I did briefly look at doing just that, and it didn't take long at all to find out I was in no position to do it (But I'm happy to help others where I can) I found I would need an expensive server and all sorts of other stuff I've never heard of,plus all the time to run it.
From what I can gather, the successful ones are run by a team of good dedicated people. I don't have the computer skills yet to do that sort of thing.
I am happy to fly the planes on offer at the new VANZ tho, please don't get me wrong there, I even have the PMDG 737 and it will be good to have a reason to get really familiar with it, I prefer flying my sim over reading manuals for hours which is why I have sort of neglected it to date. I will have to learn about programming the FMC.
I'm quite looking foward to this airline and I'll wait as long as it takes to get up and running.
And if they delegate me a task I'll do that too. I'm quickly realizing how little I know about VA's, I do know I need to brush up on my Radio handling and speaking the right words at the right time!
It never ceases to amaze me how FSimmers spend so many hours working on different projects, all free of charge. Maybe it gives some of us a false sense that it is easy and nuthin to it. I know I've said enough already so I'll just wait patiently and try and learn some things I'm going to need.
2 wrongs don't make a right but 2 Wrights made an aeroplane!
