Thanks Charl. I just wasn't sure so thought it best to ask in case others were confused as well.
Great package. From my quick play last night after doing the install, there's lots of helo's around Ohakea.
Well done to all concerned.

Hooray
I was just going to say this is what you should be seeing doing the rounds:

while I'm at it, here's some more stuff you get:

Nice work Creator2003- Any plans to make a model of the NH90? (http://www.airforce.mil.nz/about-us/air ... copter.htm)....would be great to see a few of these flying 'virtually' before the real ones do

Hello Kiwi´s,
we german still waiting for NH90 to FS2004 too. But let me tell you, there is a payware model in creating status. Another NH90 project (made by http://www.transallproject.de) was canceled sad.gif

Hi, the transallproject corporate with another Team to build a NH90, but transallproject say, that the contact is away. I have 100% information, that afs-design works on a model of Payware NH90!!! So it look´s, in france a team working too, but i don´t speak france. I can´t translate that.
i´m still waiting for NH90 too and many others wait with me

Noticed this today at NZWB:

The Huni seem to be hovering while parked, although the blades are not rotating or anything. The GNZ Beech in the background is parked flat on the ground fine.

Any idea what to do about this?

The Iroquois are hung a bit above ground for when they hovertaxi.
Normally they don't appear on aprons with other aircraft so it's not so noticeable.
Yours doesn't belong there, I'll upload a revised AFCAD whch might help.

Any chance of one for Ohakea Charl? Same problem with the Iroquois on the grass there. No biggie if it's too big a job.
Testers are born to fiddle. What does this button do? Oh! Never mind.....

Bandit, I didn't like the Iroquois skids scooting along the ground when they hovertaxi, so the model is raised up a bit.
If I remember correctly, this was done in the aircraft.cfg file:

[contact_points]
point.0= 1, 5.570, 3.600, -6.000, 1574.000, 2.000, 0.980, 90.000, 0.280, 2.500, 0.680, 0.000, 0.000, 7.000, 0.000, 0.000
point.1= 1, 5.570, -3.600, -6.000, 1574.000, 1.000, 0.980, 90.000, 0.280, 2.500, 0.680, 0.000, 0.000, 7.000, 0.000, 0.000
point.2= 1, -4.590, 3.600, -6.000, 1574.000, 2.000, 0.980, 0.000, 0.390, 2.500, 0.700, 0.000, 0.000, 8.000, 0.000, 0.000
point.3= 1, -4.590, -3.600, -6.000, 1574.000, 1.000, 0.980, 0.000, 0.390, 2.500, 0.700, 0.000, 0.000, 8.000, 0.000, 0.000
static_pitch = 0.200
static_cg_height = 6.000

One of the talented NZFF model designers might give us a pointer about tinkering with these...

Remember the 50-50-90 rule. Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong!

I love resources like that, thanks CP.
OK so you make the 4th column figures numerically smaller (e.g. -4 to -3) and see if the Huey sits down.
This seemed to work in my sim:
[contact_points]
point.0= 1, 5.570, 3.600, -4.5000, 1574.000, 2.000, 0.980, 90.000, 0.280, 2.500, 0.680, 0.000, 0.000, 7.000, 0.000, 0.000
point.1= 1, 5.570, -3.600, -4.5000, 1574.000, 1.000, 0.980, 90.000, 0.280, 2.500, 0.680, 0.000, 0.000, 7.000, 0.000, 0.000
point.2= 1, -4.590, 3.600, -4.5000, 1574.000, 2.000, 0.980, 0.000, 0.390, 2.500, 0.700, 0.000, 0.000, 8.000, 0.000, 0.000
point.3= 1, -4.590, -3.600, -4.5000, 1574.000, 1.000, 0.980, 0.000, 0.390, 2.500, 0.700, 0.000, 0.000, 8.000, 0.000, 0.000
static_pitch = 0.200
static_cg_height = 6.000

I am not sure how contact points work with skids but the idea of using the lights is to work out which are contact points (for wheels etc) and which are scrape points.
Cheers
steve
