Hi Graham. I completely understand that you are having problems. I hope you get them worked out. If you could please post something in the forums, I think that would make some people feel better. If you do not have the time or for some other reason you cannot do it, please let me post the body of this email at the PSS forum.

Thanks for replying and hope you get things worked out.

Dear Larry,

Thanks for writing and I understand your concerns.

We are suffering some difficulties right now but our hope is to be back up and running early in the new year.

Meanwhile though, we are at this time talking steps to ensure all existing customers can have either
a) Access to their downloadable installers

Or

b) A Full install version of their purchased products

I'm sorry that's all I can tell you right now, as It's really all I can confirm at this time

Thank you for your patience

Regards

Graham Waterfield

Dear sirs, I lke others are very concerned about the purchases we made in good faith to your company. Now we have no support forums except for the unofficial ones allowed by Avsim. We have had no contact from anyone at PSS for a month or more. It looks to us like PSS is going under. Are our purchases secure? Will we be able to download and install for the forseeable future? If not, will you provide complete files for those of us who have purchased your products? Will you provide CD's , offer a complete download, something to make sure we can keep our purchases? Are you truely going out of business? If not, why cannot someone in authority pop into the Avsim forums and offer us somekind of reasonable excuse for this damning silence? Sickness in the family, divorce, tired of building planes? Doesn't really matter to us. What we want to know is how do we keep our files for what we paid you for>? 5 minutes of typing is all we ask.

Thanks, Larry Falcone[/quote]

Is there any update on PSS? I have had to replace my harddrive and re-install FS9 along with all of my add-ons.
I have previously purchased most of the PSS add-on aircraft, but cannot install any them and do not see any announcements about PSS except in these forums.
I cannot find any way of contacting them. Can someone help me to get some more information?
Thank you,
Bob

Bob, the unofficial support forum is here: http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...s&forum=134.

I believe there is an attempt by who ever is left at PSS to make the models available to purchasers , but who knows when that would be. You could try posting a question on their forum

Try www.justflight.com I think they sell pss and other products but add some stuff to it. They might be able to give you base files if you can prove you purchased it. Although I wouldn't put my money on it

Ha, ha...no, the only thing that I put my money on was repurchasing all of the PSS aircraft that I wanted to keep from JustFlight. (I didn't replace the Dash 8 because Majestic has a better Dash 8 anyway and I have it) At least I know that JustFlight supports their products well. They have already proven that to me.
I guess the son is going to pick up the ball with PSS and continue, but I'm not going to wait and see. If they upgrade some of the sims to FSX I'll just buy the upgrades from JustFlight.

Well, we'll see. We'll see if they start supporting all of their old customers. That should be interesting.
