For all those who are not on Christian Stock's SimPilotMag mailing list:

We've been frantically building on our new flight sim add-on shop and you can now buy the first add-ons (including Aerosoft, Just Flight, Carenado, and Sim Pilot Experience). Yet another flight sim shop? Why should you care?

Here's why: we've built a shop for you - the customer! Our big mission isn't to earn stacks of money or become the biggest online shop ever, our mission is to make you happy (we believe that if you're happy, the money will take care of itself - makes sense, right?). So, at the end of each month we won't be asking ourselves, how much money did we make this month? Are we the biggest online shop yet? We'll be asking, how many happy customers did we have today? What can we do to make customers even more happy?

This is where we need you guys. We really want to know what it actually is that makes you happy! What do you expect in a great online shop? What does extra ordinary customer service mean to you? What does make your day? Here's your chance to tell us how your favourite online shop would look like and I promise that we will listen!

We really would like to hear from you, so send us an email to info@simpilotshop.com. Or write a blog about some shopping experiences you had and what was good or bad about them. Finally, please take 2 minutes and do the poll on the magazine http://www.simpilotnet.com. Your input will help us to make the ultimate customer friendly shop that you're going to love!

In the ongoing battle between objects made of aluminum going hundreds of miles per hour and the ground going zero miles per hour, the ground has yet to lose.
