The answer Ian is pretty simple - the wind was acting on the tail of the plane not the nose. A bit of a worry for sure but then again depending on conditions the nosewheel isn't exactly taking too much weight.

yeah we pushed it back about 25mtrs then brought it back into the bay and re attached the bridge. but we made sure the passengers were all up the front this time
