Alphasim ..FSX ............ FSE ? possible ninja.gif

New addition to the Scenery Section : WW2 Pacific FSX Acceleration Combat Scenery and Missions Package !
Based on Second World War Pacific Theater action involving the Hellcat, Corsair, B-25 and Zero aircraft. The aircraft are included and are scenery-based with no panels or VC. They are DX10 ready and have all the needed animations. They can be substituted for the player's own aircraft if desired. This pack will take you from Pearl Harbor to Tokyo with lots of combat action. You will fly along with your squadron to the action areas. It also includes many carrier trap missions as well as a massive 16 Multiplayer dogfighting mission where you use all your skills to survive against other players. Includes both USS Hornet and Shokaku carriers.
System requirements. You must have FSX and Acceleration installed. For best results you will need an up-to-date PC and a good video card.

I guess i wont go there ( YET ) due to the quality of the aircraft model - but yet , at NZ34$ maybe just to have a looksie , and it is a large d/load for many but i guess it could be built up , maybe air battle over Wanaka , i dont no , i have never dwell,d in the mission makers ..... it could get promising unsure.gif

EDIT:

Am I missing something here???? No panels (2D or VC) ... you seem to whizz around in a poor imitation of an arcade game. All of this is done better in CFS (or any other combat sim, for that matter). One hit in m/p and you're dead. Hmmm.

I downloaded the **50Mb** MS Word file (have Alphasim never heard of Acrobat?) to find a few paragraphs of text and a handful of mediocre pics (3.8Mb each - uncompressed BMP files).

Have Alphasim lost the plot?

um yeah .. i was not to excited about the models .. German BB's as WW1 US types , modern destroyers in Pearl and the aircraft are .. are , i thinks a lot more effort to bring the detail levels and correct shape with the design .

The guy who made it is named Ron Jeffers. He has done some mission or adventure packages for Abacus. The big WWII project has been pulled from Alphasim with no details other than it is going to be distributed by another publisher.
