the only fun failure ive seen on a pc was the power supply . shower of sparks out the back. looked a bit like an afterburner too. cant say any of the other components ive seen fail were fun, more oh god wheres the door.
the 8.1*ghz OC is all very well for breaking records but i certainly would prefer a stock clock speed for longevity reasons alone but the thought of having to top up your cooling rig every few hours is enough for me to leave it to the pros .not that id be able toget the cpu running above 5ghz in the first place

Current PC - 3.2Ghz quadcore , GTX470, 750W PSU, 3.5tb, 12gb ddr3
