I have read that Orbx has stated that it will no longer do any more large international airports which also means cancelling the planned Seatle Tecoma Int Airport. They say they consume far too much time and resorses. Time taken away from what they do best - Fully anotaded landclass and small airfields. I heard that on FSbreak.

In other words , been told to buzz off because no access for you have to pay - end off story , the problem with the large airports across the board , you need someone airside regular or least some access .

Smart looking aircraft. Seeing those screenshots, might have to add it to the hangar as well. Not only does the aircraft look right, but the paint job is neat too. Good to see a less common aircraft in the screenshots.

Smooth landings.

You are both right, although access hasnt been an issue everywhere.. it takes too long for the return Orbx get for the amount of effort ...and to get to the detail they want the FPS becomes an issue..try flying into a Orbx Seattle in a PMDG airliner ..you need a Cray.

I think a good decision. I personally avoid large heavily populated airports
cause of the FPS hit until the next upgrade at least. Their small airports
are fantastic, resonable on FPS, are fun just to watch the interesting
animations and listen to the ambient sounds and to me more than make up
for the lack of larger airports. But Im mostly GA,GA anyway. laugh.gif

Same here. I rarly fly over cities for the hell of it. For me its the smaller regional airporst and rural strips that make it for me. At least now we have a heap of good ones done for FSX VLC with more on the way. biggrin.gif

At least their SeaTac in PNW has the third runway - more than any other can say.
