Flight Simulators Alive and Well

Read and report on flightsim developers progress of upcoming or completed products

MS will have to listen to the addon market eventually, with Flight.
But for now, there is just so much going on:
AES is undergoing a major overhaul. I've tried some bits and it really is great, no doubt spurred on by GSX.
This stuff really changes the tubeliner experience.
A2A Simulations is about to release Accu-Feel, which improves many aspects of default as well as addon FSX aircraft.
I don't "do" FSX but these guys have got to be admired for taking the game ever upward.
And: aeroflyFS has just sold out of boxed versions of its fantastic Swiss-area sim.
I'm in the queue for this one, NZ is absolutely made for something like this, it is plain gorgeous.

Wow, thanks for the heads-up on that one Charl thumbup1.gif. A2A are simply amazing. And to breathe new life into an elderly FSX is really something.

Rumor has it.......that A2A are considering an Accusim Aitruk , incorporating cutting edge software in the form of Accusmell !! you will be immersed in rural odors as revel in this aviation icon........ ninja.gif

I like the fact that this is a core enhancement to FSX which is much needed. Hopefully over time someone will be able to programme the problems out of FSX

Here's another interesting video clip: RAZBAM T-2 Buckeye with Accufeel.

Accufeel is going to make a helluva impact on FSX, IMHO.

It will be interesting to see how many paywares it affects ( all i guess ) cos honestly i don't use defaults , it must be developed with an interface to suit all install i guess reading the CFG files .

...but be advised, your rig (or any bits) should be very current.
It's a v1 sim which for obvious reasons doesn't support legacy systems.
Cost per screenshot just went up a tad...
