Oliver Pabst and AES have let the grass grow under their feet.
AES was due a major upgrade about a year ago.
Perhaps this will up the ante, and get a decent AES upgrade for us FS9'ers too!

Be interesting to see some FSX screens and clips of the FSDT product vs AES...

Nice! I wonder if you bought (say) Chicago O'Hare, whether the GSX you get would work for other airports (like the standalone GSX) - or just at O'Hare <?>.

I want to buy this, but I've just blown many, many hundred dollars on a new camera, so funds are a bit tight. I'd be interested to see how good it is, here feedback from people. smile.gif

Before lots of people go buying this, I've noticed that there are volume discounts available, and its really good. If 7 of us bought it we'd be paying less than half price ($22.88 NZ) If some of you want to go into a bulk by I'm sure we could all tee something up. smile.gif

GSX

We offer volume discount pricing for this product, as shown below. The Volume discount applies only for multiple copies of the SAME scenery, useful for home cockpit builders running many networked PC.[/quote]

Might have to check it out with Virtuali - I suspect it would only relate to one user not mutiple users. But if Virtuali agrees heck I'm in too!! I'm going to get it - I've got all their stuff except POI and rate it very highly - up there with Fly Tampa quality.

I'll send them a email explaining our proposal in the morning. I might see if I can get them to do it as separate transactions. cool.gif

Unfortunately they said it only got you one serial, so it only works for one person, however many coppies you buy. Was worth a try though. winkyy.gif

Not surprised by the answer, but at the end of the day that is how the designers make their money, so they can continue as a business - I don't begrudge him for that. If they continue we get the option to buy their next product.

Virtuali has been around for a while and if you follow the forums there he hasn't had an easy time with Cloud 9 falling over, then FSDT raising from the ashes - he has continued to produce very high quality work and even supporting the old Cloud 9 stuff which he really had no responsibility to do.
