Yeah , 109 is the machine , the 190 is great but like you Paul , Willy comes out on tops .

Sounds better too...although the radial 190 isnt too bad in that dept.

Head on the Messerschmitt had a airy sound to it , this was Black2 in 1996 , I found once the 109 had past and climbing it was not that much different compared to the P-40 Spit or 51 altho each did have a slightly different tone .

laugh.gif Diesel fitter is exactly what the late Mark Hanna said as he climbed into the cockpit - wonder if he was referring to his boots biggrin.gif .......... reading about the different fuel formula used between the G model and the K and it octane rating
