Virtavia state of affairs

Read and report on flightsim developers progress of upcoming or completed products

First up, the A-4 is getting very close to release. It'll come with a RAAF livery, but hopefully we'll see an RNZAF livery from one of our repainters shortly after release!

Next, the home page entries for Nov 1st and 3rd indicate price cuts for a few models, and new freeware models (including a note to let them know if any of their prior freeware releases are not the complete packages).

The FS Pilot shop seems like the first adopter of these new permanent prices:

The SKYHAWK , This is one aircraft the would be a must , our earlier A4K is a little different two major external is the square tip on the on the tail and a more blown canopy compared to the F variant , the G however when first introduced building No.2 squadron in 1984 retain the more rounded tail for a while until retro fitted few years later .. 1985 the Skyhawk fleet had four different schemes .. just a pity a pity no T bird , maybe enough interest ... bit of a nudge , I hope they do a Volume 2.

At least it has a good looking VC maybe up to par with the likes of milviz??? The external detail is your typical Virtavia style though - panel lines wide enough drive a bus through.

I've been waiting patiently for this T Bird. I have nearly finished making some special scenery just to house this model.

Good stuff Sean. I bought the GeeBee, have always loved the look of them, and of course the Polikapov I-16, no doubt will be a hand-full to fly laugh.gif

Bought the Gee Bee.. what a little ripper... certainly requires a good right foot and a steady hand on take off roll :-)

It is hefty. The Hawker Hunter for Example: I have brought it for

12,50 Euro (9,95 Euro plus tax)

at www.fspilotshop.com

And the others?

www.flightsimstore.com

22,44 Euro

www.simmarket.com

11,90 Euro

www.flight1.com

24,95 Dollar, Price in Euro can´t see

www.flight1.com

29,95 Dollar = 27,74 Euro

Nothing to say...

Andreas , best to shop around - sometimes it best to ask , fine with latest products but some vendors have not updated from the original pricing or they stick a bit more on for themselves for the unwary .

A review with plenty of screenies would be nice.

CP .. currently working on it .. it just so much fun Carrier landing with a FSX ..no wonder it was so well loved .. think another mission to Wiggy again for extra photos and back to the Virtavia house for a little arm twisting for a Volume 2 , not sure how much weight i would carry but worth a go . smile.gif
