Now you're talking... 7 years on.
Great collaboration, nicely done.
Add a couple of Jabiro's and you're back in 2006!
Take a long time to find that southern airport mentioned though, best fly around Kapiti Island and land on the beach there...

Little late , could have been released a long whiles back , i commend Jarred's first scenery , it really is a little doosie and with a little work from Mike it really feels the part ! smile.gif

Hi Warren,

Been looking forward to this "fix" for a while now particularly in regards to the airfield elevation problem in ORBX.

Have downloaded and installed IAW with the Instructions ..." Simply expand and drag the scenery FoxpineX and put into your Microsoft FSX addon scenery folder -
Start your Flightsim , goto options go add scenery - done ."

I assume that the Foxpine FSX Scenery Library priority has no bearing on your addon.....I have tried various priority postions with no change to my install problem.

Cheers,

Bob R

Hi Bob , I fixed my elevation problem with levels and it worked , I ll do a version and raise the level , thought this may cause problems on other PCs as i had it .. appear still to muck things up , i ll do another file and raise the elevation for the ORBX , wont take long and post tomorrow at Flightsim.com.

Bob , no apologies needed , i thought i fixed it with elevations set at 36 , and adjusted levels to correspond , worked here for the first thought i was a go and for releasing , i was to do two versions and think obviously should have done that directly .

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

I downloaded Lawrie's Foxpine late last year but haven't installed it yet. I presume one would only have his OR this one installed, yes? This isn't an addition to Lawrie's, but a full "instead of" replacement, yes? Ta.

I have Lawries installed Island Boy so I disabled it and installed this one. It`s good but I still prefer Lawries so I am re-enabling it.
Will leave both in the scenery library in case I want to have a change.

I'm loving all these small airport add-ons. Really great work.

My only question - why the bold white arrows and runway threshold line on the grass runway?

A legacy of Jarred's original design , course had a word to Andy 'Trolly' he mention they do this regular on small fields , more safety reason , if Jarred placed it and Andrew gave it a THUMBUPs dose me .. its the Legacy cool.gif

Easy enough to remove them- Just open in ADE, remove the markings in the runway properties and re-compile

Never seen these type of markings on any grass runway in NZ? But as Timmo said, they can be removed easy enough.
