I have not niggled to hard look every few hours .. just depends on the open slot , i did notice the spec requirement and that should also be taken into account regarding 32bit systems , one primary that they mention was the the constant memory fail due to not being a 64bit Win7 or 8.

Win7-64bit , the must have , mention this to help direct one who continually has problems with memory issues .

Did anyone catch the iFlySimX/AirDailyX live webcast yesterday? A few flightsim folk having a very interesting chat about the future of flightsim, with live video of a PMDG 777 flight into Vancouver. Amazing to see someone who knows what they're doing, of course it would have been better if FSX hadn't crashed as they were landing.

Some interesting talk about where flightsim is heading, the usual talk about a couple of 'secret' projects, which always sounds a bit like developer/ego talk to me, but you never know. The Milviz bloke pointed out that developers don't have any contact with each other, so they are unlikely to get together and decide to support a new sim, for example.

I'm keeping my eye out for more of these chats. Quite entertaining, really, as they don't all take themselves too seriously.

Lotta people regularly post on the PMDG forums and with little feedback from the developers , Alphasim\Virtavia had a brilliant online forum , searching for fix's the general flightsim community pointed out or least strived to listen and take advice .

Today its done in a different way , and limited to a select few and online stream chat which really works .

I see there's another of these chats today -- AirDailyX has the details. 23:30 GMT, which at my reckoning is about... an hour's time. Of course if you are reading this later, you've probably missed it.
"We will be performing a live beta test demo of an FS product that is due for imminent release!"

I think that this was a bit of a bandwidth-hog last time, so not for the faint-of-heart!

I wonder why they don't record the sessions and put them on the DailyX site? Not everyone can catch the live broadcasts but would be interested in watching it later.
It will be interesting to find out what product it is.
Remember the 50-50-90 rule. Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong!

Yeah, I wondered that myself.
They're showing MMMX, again flying the 777. Yet to take off, but the pilot has promised a look at the airport when he gets in the air, that'll be interesting -- the 777 isn't my choice for checking out scenery:)

Actually, you can see the archived webcasts on twitch.tv -- here's yesterday's.
