New version of the formerly payware FS2004 portover for FSX. Released a few days ago:

It sounds like the community is slowly working through all of the port-over issues to come up with an addon that fits into FSX fairly well. We'll never see a true FSX-native version of this aircraft unless another developer starts a whole new Yak-40 project, but this version is nice to have.
