, have a great mate Lance , was a workmate when engineering , his Great Grandfather was one off the kingdom Chiefs, I don't really know the history but Lance was given this book in a wooden box and it was seriously damaged .. hells it was dated about 120 years , it was simple I knew someone back then who repaired such items , the book was repaired ...
