That does look very impressive, and I'll probably get it when I start selling some scenery, even though I don't really visit default airports. But then again, it updates some default airport vehicles, which I do use.

And I see that Rex automatically give me the 20% customer discount on their website, without any drama!

6GB is 40% of my bandwidth allowance, or twelve days' worth, to put it another way :o :(

...and from FSS too. I just purchased, but will be a couple of months before I get my sim back so who knows when I'll get to see it!

Hi Ian - I'm sure everyone would love to see some screenies - if only to gauge if the investment is worth it.
Also interested to know if you've noticed any reduction in performance?
Cheers,
Mat

Looking at this at the Mo , regard to texture in P3D , it really has changed even the grass photo material on the Hi Res photos , I post screen shorty , it quite a dramatic change.

All REX products are 50% off until the end of this month...... including Worldwide Airports HD.
I'll probably purchase sometime this weekend as it seems to elevate P3D just that little bit further..........

Purchase from REX
Purchase from the Flight Sim Store
Purchase from FS Pilot Shop
Purchase from Sim Market

Well its pay day this morning and the last day for the REX sale, so I've decided its time to pick up a copy of World Airports HD and NZDN today! I'll have to report back after install as I haven't managed to find an answer to my main question: World Airports HD replaces the default texture sets with their own high resolution, photoreal style textures. As I have ORBX NI and SI installed, will I see improved textures at the ORBX enhanced airports? I'm guessing probably not as I know ORBX prefer to use their own custom texture definitions rather than the default ones. I'm guessing ORBX NZ users may not see much difference unless ORBX include the default model/texture in their airport buildings..........

Sorry Mat , I was to post screens for you , but over the last week it has been busy , art , projects , flight sim and lawn mowing :P , you won't be disappointed , not sure how it affects ORBX world wide .. currently still on default with VLC , still areas of the program I have to look at but no affect on frames but tidies things up.

No problems Ian - I figured for the price of $25 I might as well have a look for myself. I'll just have to reduce my work coffee budget for the week!
As you've said, I think best results are seen by using a VLC or default texture setup but I'll post my results here after some testing this weekend......

Hi Ian, Tried to get this programme but I need a Voucher Code. Is it necessary that you have purchased REX products previously.?
