Hawker Hunter released

Postby scaber » Fri Feb 17, 2017 7:03 pm

Just Flight released the Hawker Hunter this morning and it's a goodie - well at least in my opnion. Just have to watch how many Gs you pull in a turn otherwise you may find yourself suffering from high speed stalls. Flew from Wellington to Christchurch with some low level excursions in the valleys on the way to Hanmer. Great stuff.

Yep, grabbed the old girl yesterday.
Seems ok , but I still like the look and feel of the Dave Garwood models, particularly the 2 seat series.

Gidday Dave , that answers that question, guess its a little silly buying one when you have every variant and able to build on it further B-)

"No, I haven't, & don't intend to" ... enough said.
I have, but I think I will stick with the DG stuff.

I sometimes (well, often actually) wonder what some of these developers are thinking.
The Hunter, for example, we have, thanks to Mr. Garwood, a native FSX model ... or models, that slide (slides) nicely into P3D ... but they release another one, with minimal variants ... and it's payware.
Ok, I understand the "dynamics " dudes might enjoy the ride ... But, it's a Hunter, and we have one already.... and a good one.

I don't want to sound ungrateful (Maybe too late) But I'm more than happy with Daves.... and I (just me) can't see how this new model fills any gap.

Now then .... now then ....settle petals ... before you get all tech , these comments are mine alone, and, from a purely visual point of view .... so, take a deep breath .... put the anorak away, don't worry about the rivets:wink2: .... just relax ....
