Prepar3d v4 hotfix update

Wow, we're living in the future -- the first item on the fix list is this:
Fixed an issue in VR views that prevented dynamic lighting in the right eye
Sounds like a scene from a scifi movie!

Well, it's here, and works as advertised. It went in easily enough, took just a minute. As always with Prepar3d updates, it did disable AS16 till that's patched.
I won't go into what it fixes, but I will mention that it fixes some things which weren't broken. For example, I now have a 'developer's license' watermark, and I did take it as an improvement that windows would disappear when the focus was on the main screen -- so I could leave the time preview active, so I could record the video without it showing onscreen, but now that's 'fixed' again, making it stay in front, dammit....
And lastly, there's this -- Changed the default textbox to ICAO for the Select Airport user interface -- who searches for the ICAO, for goodness sake, probably most simmers, but I look for airport names.
